Happy Valentine’s Day from HomeSafe!
Domestic violence can have vast economic impact on survivors that can make gift giving during the holiday season especially difficult. We aim to mitigate this impact by providing a store of free gifts and a gift wrapping station to our clients.
Every December we are blown away by the generous donations of holiday gifts from our community partners! HomeSafe’s Rodrick Glover seen here with representatives from the Gallatin police accepting toys for our holiday store.
Big thanks to the Woman’s Club of Hendersonville for allowing us to come out and speak to their members in honor of Domestic Violence awareness month!
We believe in strengthening and promoting survivor skills in navigating healing, building resilience, and increasing hope. Our self love class empowers survivors to focus on their own emotional health and make positive changes by nurturing self-compassion.

Spooooooky craft night! HomeSafe helps build social, cultural, and spiritual connections between survivors of domestic violence through workshops and groups highlighting shared interests. Research supports that social support can mitigate the harmful impacts of abuse and contribute to greater well-being.
